I'm a Dental Compliance Consultant, Speaker, and passionate advocate for dental assistants. I help dental teams reduce stress related to OSHA, infection control, HIPAA, and dental assisting by offering practical, engaging education that makes compliance easier to understand and implement.

But my passion goes beyond compliance. I believe dental assistants are the heartbeat of the dental team. They deserve to feel confident, respected, prepared, and proud of the important role they play every day.
