Tammy Lee Coleman

Tammy Lee Coleman, FAADOM, is a nationally recognized dental leader, speaker, coach, and consultant with more than 40 years of experience. Her career began on the clinical team and evolved into practice administration, leadership, coaching, and consulting across orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry.

Tammy’s passion for creating exceptional experiences began long before dentistry. As a little girl, she followed her grandmother through the hotel she managed and watched how she treated her team, her guests, and everyone who entered. From her, Tammy learned a lesson that continues to guide her life and career: every person deserves to feel valued.

Through TLC Dental Coaching, Tammy helps dental professionals develop confident leaders, build exceptional teams, and create lasting patient relationships through trust, leadership, and connection. She speaks nationwide on patient experience, doctor-team relationships, leadership development, team growth, and treatment acceptance, blending practical strategies with heartfelt storytelling.

Tammy was named the 2021 AADOM Practice Administrator of Distinction and received the 2025 Spirit of SCN Award. She is a founding member of the AADOM San Diego Chapter, an AADOM Lifetime Member, and a former AADOM DPLN Advisory Board member. Tammy believes true leadership is measured by the positive impact we have on others.
