Cher Paydar-Hogan

Cher's path into the world of dentistry was nontraditional. Her passion and formal education is rooted in the arts, where she studied Art History and Museum Management and worked in public relations. Her passion in education and system building eventually led her to dental practice management at Golden State Dental Co.

She is a fellow and active member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and serves as the president of Dental Connection of Northern California. She is also an active member of Sacramento District Dental Society (SDDS), and has served on the CE committee and membership committees. In spring of 2026 she served as the chairwoman on the membership committee.

Cher currently manages several Golden State Dental Co. locations in Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom, bringing her unique management skills to the art of dentistry.
