Lynne Leggett BS, founder and CEO of Victory Dental Management, is a dental practice management speaker, coach, and author with over 25 years of business experience. She is passionate about helping doctors and their teams reach their full potential, increase their productivity and profitability while enabling them to deliver the best patient experience. As a speaker, she teaches doctors and their teams on how to take their practice to the next level and improve their leadership capability. Being a seasoned basketball coach, she understands what it means to have a true team working together, not just employees working at your practice. Before working on any process or system, she teaches doctors and managers how to actually coach their team which transcends leadership in the dental practice.
