Bete Johnson is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Dental Health and Wellness. For over twenty-one years Bete has held numerous positions in the organization, all with increased responsibility. During her tenure she has been relied upon for the cultivation, management, and execution of symbiotic partnerships with industry KOL's, Influencers, educators, publications, and professional associations. These efforts not only staved off competition -- paving the way for an emerging sales team. While Bete has received numerous awards, the dental industry continues to recognize her expertise by being identified as top 25 women in Dentistry, by Dental Products Report, and two-time recipient of "32 most influential people" in Dentistry, by Incisal Edge magazine. Bete began her career in Sales and Banking; however, it wasn't long before her passion for the Healthcare/Dental profession led her to dental sales and eventually joined the CareCredit team. Her journey has helped in the acceleration of CareCredit brand including support of the sales team, pursing software integrations and development of the tradeshow team, which managed over 1,300 professional meetings annually. Bete is a native Californian and currently reside in Southern California with her husband of 39 years, three sons and grandchildren.
Sameer Bhasin, VP of Alliance at CareCredit, is dedicated to working with dentistry’s key opinion leaders and leading educators. One of Sameer’s key initiatives is to gather the latest insights, ideas and practical tools presented at dental meetings and conventions. To help increase recommended patient care, Sameer shares these best practices with CareCredit’s community of more than 110,000 enrolled dental providers. Prior to his current role, Sameer acquired more than a decade of front-line business practice experience in his position as Practice Development Manager and subsequently as Regional Sales Manager. Sameer earned his MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas, where he currently resides.
Connor joined the Dental Industry quite recently in 2019 when he started with the dental staffing platform, GoTu. Although he still has a lot to learn, he has quickly developed an understanding of the unique challenges presented by one of the biggest problems that today’s dental offices face – staffing. Working in-depth with both the office and professional sides of the business, Connor has gained the reputation as a trusted advisor by both parties and developed a track record of connecting the two in a new, streamlined way. He’s passionate about finding creative, win-win solutions to office’s staffing challenges while helping professionals advance their careers. He also enjoys staying up to date on industry trends and regulations by frequenting industry trade shows and seminars. When he’s not busy with his work in the Dental Industry, you can probably find Connor enjoying the outdoors. You’ll most often find him fishing, attempting to golf, or simply hanging out at the local dog park with his Australian Shepherd, Jasper.
Dalton Handy is the Vice President of Marketing at GoTu. Coming from a background in tech and cyber security, this is his first venture into the dental world. His primary responsibilities include growing both sides of the GoTu community (professionals and offices) and growing the public recognition of the company. So far, he has really connected with the need for a solution to the staffing crisis plaguing the dental community and relishes providing a win-win solution for offices and professionals alike. Dalton primarily lives and works in the Denver suburbs and outside of work, enjoys very typical Denver hobbies like skiing, outdoor volleyball, and visiting the many breweries with his wife and dog.
Adam Sierra is a marketing professional from Salt Lake City, Utah, with a passion for strategic partnerships and entrepreneurship. As the Head of Influencer Marketing at Weave, he has played a pivotal role in Weave’s rise to industry leader. Adam earned his business degree from the prestigious BYU Marriott School of Business, where he bridged his entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in sales and marketing. Corinne Jeffers, Sr. Director of Support at Weave. With a career spanning more than two decades, I have found serving the people who use, create, support and live technology to be my passion. My specialties include helping companies and organizations harness a mindset of global scalability. This translates into innovation and a better customer experience. Fun fact: When I’m not leading a support organization, I’m usually snapping photos, cooking up something delectable or taking a road trip.
Dr. Greg Grobmyer practiced clinical dentistry in Tennessee for over a decade before chemotherapy from a cancer battle left him with numb fingers. Using the knowledge he derived from working with multiple practice consultants over the years, he began lecturing and coaching dental offices nationwide on their systems, culture, marketing, and communications. In addition, he wrote on dental topics for numerous publications and websites.
Outside of dental industry publications, he has also appeared in Reader’s Digest, New York Magazine, Men’s Health, Slate, Insider Magazine, and others. He even spent a few years moonlighting in stand up comedy.
He is currently the Chief Editor of Practice Booster’s Insurance Solutions Newsletter, an editor of Dr. Charles Blair’s Dental Coding with Confidence and Dental Administration with Confidence books, and host of The Dental Code Advisor Podcast.
Jacquelyn is the director of Dental Zing, the educational platform for eAssist Dental Solutions, and she manages the eAssist Consulting Network. She spends most of her days bringing on-demand certified education to dentalzing.com and loves connecting with dental professionals through the eAssist Consulting Network! After more than a decade of working with healthcare professionals, she has become a strong advocate of creating peace of mind through education and the value of strong relationships and working together. She especially seeks to find ways to remove mundane busy work tasks so practices can focus on high-value activities and revenue-building strategies instead. When she is not focusing on dentistry, she loves being a hairstylist (another relationship-building activity!!) and spending time with her family. Nothing makes her happier than the squeal of one of her adorable grandchildren or long chats with her children.

Michael was born in Kent, England but raised in Cary, North Carolina. In addition to Michael’s role on video production as a creative director, he primarily handles internal processes, documentation/metric tracking, quality control, and additional workflow development. Michael developed a passion for videography after following numerous creators on YouTube and developed his skill set by watching tutorials and collaborating with team members. When he’s not working (which is rare) he enjoys going to the gym and watching Game of Thrones. Michael loves waking up early on weekends to watch the English Premier League, having played Division One soccer for Elon Men’s Soccer for three years. He has the best banter on the team but has the worst spelling.
Richard May, raised on a farm in Rockland, Idaho, has a deep love for sports and the outdoors. For the past four years, he’s served as the Director of Business Development at Mango Voice. When not traveling and working for Mango who is likely camping or hiking with his wife and two dogs.
